<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an unvulcanized rubber sheet, by which the occurrence of the deterioration of width precision in a case of winding, on a fresh winding roll, an unvulcanized rubber sheet cut after wound by a winding roll is suppressed to use it also in a next process without problems, and the occurrence of tire defects in a product tire is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the unvulcanized rubber sheet is provided with: a calender step of processing a high temperature unvulcanized rubber into the unvulcanized rubber sheet; a cooling step of cooling the unvulcanized rubber sheet; a winding step of winding the cooled unvulcanized rubber sheet on the winding roll; and a cutting step of cutting the unvulcanized rubber sheet after the winding is completed. When the unvulcanized rubber sheet after the winding is completed is wound on a next winding roll, the prescribed length of the tip part is wound with a higher winding speed than the usual winding speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
