CONTROL METHOD OF SBW VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an SBW vehicle to which constantly-stable P-gear conversion is applied and which prevents an abrupt start status at the start of the vehicle while avoiding the occurrence of a fault in the traveling of the vehicle such as an abrupt stop of the vehicle, and the generation of damage or the like on a component of a transmission not only at an engine-off operation intended by a driver but also at an engine-off operation caused by carelessness and emergency.

SOLUTION: The control device of the SBW vehicle is characterized by including: a vehicle speed determination stage for determining whether or not the present vehicle speed is 0 when the engine-off operation of the vehicle is performed; a speed change gear maintaining stage for maintaining a speed change gear on and before the engine-off operation when the present vehicle speed is not 0; a speed deceleration stage for decelerating the vehicle speed by operating a brake device on and after the speed change gear maintaining stage; and a parking lock stage for converting a gear to a P-gear at the stop of the vehicle on and after the speed deceleration stage.
