<p>A vehicle drive device is provided with: a first battery (111); a power transmission means having a DC-AC converter (121a) for converting DC power to AC power, and a power transmission antenna (122a); a power-receiving means having an AC-DC converter (201a) for converting AC power to DC power, and a power-receiving antenna (123a) for receiving AC power transmitted from the power transmission antenna; a motor (M) for driving a vehicle wheel, and mounted to a hub; a second battery (212a) for storing DC power received via the power-receiving means; an inverter (203a) for converting DC power in the second battery to AC power; a torque control unit (222) for rotationally controlling the motor; a remainder control unit (221) for controlling the power supply from the power transmission means to the power-receiving means; a steering angle detection means; and a relative-angle calculation means for calculating the relative angle between the power transmission surface of the power transmission antenna and the power-receiving surface of the power-receiving antenna, on the basis of the steering angle. Therein, the remainder control unit controls in a manner such that power is wirelessly supplied from the power transmission means to the power-receiving means when the relative angle is less than a prescribed angle.</p> |
