<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing, with high speed and excellent productivity, IC tags which can use a plastic film or paper as a substrate, whose antenna shape can be very easily changed, and which have an approximately equivalent performance (communication sensitivity, communication range) to that of conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of IC tags, including: a first process in which an antenna pattern is drawn on a recording medium with an ink containing fine particles of metal or metal compounds; a second process in which a conductive antenna pattern 7 is formed by sintering the metal or metal compound particles by applying sintering treatment to the antenna pattern; and a third process in which a miniature IC tag 1 is attached to the vicinity of the conductive antenna pattern 7 formed in the second process, wherein the miniature IC tag comprises, on one surface of a sheet 2, an IC chip and a loop antenna 5 short-circuiting between two IC terminals of the IC chip, and on the other side of the sheet 2, an adhesive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
