<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character input device and a character input method which meet the request that, after character input operation is performed, a program to use the input character is selected and executed. <P>SOLUTION: A character input device executes a first program for transmitting character data input through character input operation and an identifier of program selected through program selection operation, and a second program for receiving the identifier and the data transmitted from the first program, and putting a program identified through the identifier into an execution state and transmitting the data to the program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
