<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of rainy weather alerting information to be distributed to a moving body such as a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A weather information processing system comprises a plurality of information processing devices and a weather information processing server. Each information processing device comprises: a camera; a location detection unit; a cloud image detection unit for detecting a cloud image existence area by performing image recognition processing on a landscape image; a cloud area line calculation unit for calculating cloud area lines defining an area in which actual clouds are estimated to exist on the basis of the location of a moving body; and a weather information transmission unit for transmitting respective pieces of data of the cloud area lines and the location of the moving body. The weather information processing server comprises: a server side communication unit for receiving the respective pieces of data of the cloud area lines and the location of the moving body transmitted from each information processing device; a cloud area coordinate calculation unit for calculating cloud area coordinates which are coordinates of the area in which the actual clouds are estimated to exist on the basis of each piece of data; and a rainy weather alerting information distribution unit for generating data of rainy weather alerting information including the cloud area coordinates to transmit the data to each information processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
