<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow safety equipment to pass with the safety equipment attached to a fall preventive wire, and with a support rope with a hook connected to the safety equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The fitting 4 is for guiding the middle of the fall preventive wire 25 which is set along the vertical direction of an iron tower, and to which the safety equipment 30 to be connected to a worker via the support rope 40 with a hook is liftably attached, in such a way as along the iron tower.
