Provided is an image processing device etc. which, in samples stained using a non-fluorescent dye, can specify the auto-fluorescence wavelength band at which the non-fluorescent dye emits. An image processing device (30) is provided with an image input part (32) for inputting a plurality of images acquired by imaging samples to which a non-fluorescent dye has been applied at multiple different wavelength bands, and a fluorescence intensity calculation part (351) for calculating, on the basis of the plurality of images input, the fluorescence intensity which serves as the feature value indicating the auto-fluorescence emitted by the samples. |
