<p>The present invention relates to a program, method, and detector capable of detecting the state of electrical power easily and inexpensively. A current transformer (111c) measures current on a commercial-power-grid side of a connection point, the commercial power grid leading from a commercial power source, and the connection point being situated between the commercial power grid and a power generation grid leading from a solar power generation system for supplying electric power at the same frequency as the commercial power source. A current transformer (111p) measures power on the power-generation-grid side of the connection point. A determination-value-calculating unit (132) calculates a determination value based on the product of the current value as measured by the current transformer (111c) and the current value as measured by the current transformer (111p). A power-flow-direction detector (113) detects the power-flow-direction of power from the commercial power grid on the basis of the calculated determination value. The present invention could be applied to, e.g., an electrical power measuring system for measuring power inside the home.</p> |
