Disclosed in the present invention are a single-cylinder bolt oil cylinder, and a telescopic boom device and a crane having the same. The cylinder has a cylinder body (20) and a cylinder rod (40) inserted into the cylinder body (20). The cylinder body (20) is provided with a cylinder pin oil cylinder (201) and an arm pin oil cylinder (202). A self-immersing oil source (30) is fixed on the outer circumferential wall of the cylinder body (20) and comprises a self-immersing oil pump (302), an oil kettle (301) used for accommodating the pump (302), and a motor used for driving the pump (302). Both the cylinder pin oil cylinder (201) and the arm pin oil cylinder (202) are connected with the pump (302). The single-cylinder bolt oil cylinder adopts the self-immersing oil source (30), and since the self-immersing oil source (30) is small in volume and can be arranged within a telescopic boom, the oil source of the cylinder pin oil cylinder (201) and the arm pin oil cylinder (202) can be arranged within the telescopic boom. Compared to the prior art, the cylinder pin oil cylinder (201) and the arm pin oil cylinder (202) do not need to be supplied with oil by an external oil source, a core pipe and a corresponding pipeline do not need to be arranged within the single-cylinder bolt oil cylinder, and therefore, the single-cylinder bolt oil cylinder has a simple structure and is convenient to process. In addition, since no core pipes are arranged, the single-cylinder bolt oil cylinder does not deform easily and has a high working reliability. Further, the cylinder pin oil cylinder (201) and the arm pin oil cylinder (202) have the special self-immersing oil source (30) and have an improved working reliability.
