<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of bending of a tab which can happen when an opening is formed in a can lid. <P>SOLUTION: The tab 500 includes an end part 55 and the other end part 56, and when the side of the other end part 56 is operated by a user, a panel-side projection portion 420 provided in a panel 400 is pressed. More specifically, when the side of the other end part 56 is lifted up by the user, a second side edge 52 located on the side of the first end part 55 moves closer to the panel 400 and then the second side edge 52 presses the panel-side projection portion 420 provided in the panel 400. As a result, the panel 400 is ruptured at a region where a score line 410 is formed, and an opening is formed on the panel 400.
