<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-Alzheimer composition which is inexpensive and highly safe, has different action mechanisms in anti-Alzheimer effects, and acts more effectively in the prevention, improvement, and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, and to provide food and drink. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-Alzheimer composition contains a soybean fermented extract extracted from a soybean fermented product obtained by fermenting soybeans.
