<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core which can surely fix magnets and has improved strength with respect to centrifugal force of the rotor core. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor core 1 is constituted by laminating steel plates 2. In each steel plate 2, a plurality of magnet holes 3a, small holes 6 positioned closer to a shaft center than the magnet holes 3a and intermediate holes 7a-7h which are arranged between the magnet holes 3a and the small holes 6 and offset by predetermined amount in a radial direction are formed. In a lamination state of the steel plates 2, the magnet holes 3a form slot parts 3 penetrating in the shaft center direction and the small holes 6 form resin injection holes 16. Magnets 4 are inserted into the slot parts 3. Furthermore, the intermediate holes 7a-7h communicate with each other while being offset in the lamination direction and the radial direction to form radial communication holes 17 which make the slot parts 3 and the resin injection holes 16 communicate with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
