摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine preventing an illegal exchange of a storage medium without impairing the aesthetic appearance of a storage medium element and without increasing production cost. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine includes: a first RAM 31 and a second RAM 32 storing authenticating data obtained in an authenticating data acquisition part 44A; and an abnormality decision part 44B comparing the storage values of the first RAM 31 and the second RAM 32 to each other, and when two sides differ from each other, outputting an abnormal signal. In the game machine, power is supplied to the second RAM 32 through power relay terminals 17A, 17B of a ROM 17. Accordingly, when the ROM 17 is detached, the power supply is shut off, storage contents are lost, and the abnormal signal is output from the abnormality decision part 44B.
