<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mowing blade that can restrain entangelement of grass, and an attachment member mounted to the mowing blade. <P>SOLUTION: The mowing blade 1 mounted to a mowing apparatus 3 for use, includes a substantially circular disc-shaped body part 11, and a plurality of blade parts 13. The mowing blade 1 is comparatively flat around a though hole 21 but curved toward the outer peripheral side to have an inclined surface inclining downward to the outer periphery.
