<p>The application relates to a fluid control device and particularly, but not exclusively, to a dispenser for a product, in particular a hand treatment product. The fluid flow control device comprises a body (20, 220) having an aperture (13, 213) defined therein for allowing the passage of fluid therethrough, a closure element (9, 209) moveable between a closed position, in which fluid flow through the aperture (13, 213) is substantially prevented, and an open position, in which fluid flow through the aperture (13, 213) is substantially permitted, and a biasing means (15, 215) for biasing the closure element (9, 209) towards the closed position. The biasing means comprises a cantilever having an arm (19, 219) anchored at a support (17, 217), wherein the arm (19, 219) flexes between a first position, which corresponds to the closure element (9, 209) being in the closed position, and a second position, which corresponds to the closure element (9, 209) being in the open position. The fluid flow control device comprises a locking means for locking the closure element (209) in its closed position.</p> |
