<p>The present invention is an apparatus that periodically forms a plurality of pairs of slanted easy-to-tear parts (each pair comprises first and second slanted easy-to-tear parts disposed in an inverted V-like shape) on a long plastic film (1). The apparatus is provided with: guide rolls (11, 12) that advance the plastic film (1) at a constant speed; first and second linear motion guide devices (31, 32) that support a plurality of first and second etching members (21, 22), which are in sliding contact with the plastic film (1) and form first and second easy-to-tear parts (100a, 100b), at a distance in the travel direction of the plastic film (1); and third and fourth linear motion guide devices (41, 42) that cause the first and second linear motion guide devices (31, 32) to move in a perpendicular direction to the plastic film (1). The first and second etching members (21, 22) come into sliding contact with the plastic film (1) at a prescribed timing.</p> |
