摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method for determining a transmission mode of a 3GPP LTE/LTE advanced system by using synchronization sequences. The method comprises: by using the characteristics that a primary synchronization sequence PSS and a secondary synchronization sequence SSS in an FDD transmission mode are located in two consecutive OFDM symbols while a PSS and an SSS in a TDD transmission mode are spaced from each other by two OFDM symbols, performing mirror correlation on a sampled time-domain data sequence received by a receiver to obtain a peak position of a primary synchronization sequence PSS, performing mirror conjugate correlation on the time-domain data sequence to obtain a peak position of a secondary synchronization sequence SSS, and determining a transmission mode of a 3GPP LTE/LTE advanced system according to the number of OFDM symbols between the peak position of the primary synchronization sequence PSS and the peak position of the secondary synchronization sequence SSS. The method of the present invention does not require local correlation detection of multiple sets of SSS sequences, thereby effectively reducing the amount of calculation. Meanwhile, based on the determination result, the sequence range related to SSS sequence sliding can be reduced, thereby further reducing the amount of calculation.</p>
