<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting line which can optimize production efficiency by using a plurality of module type component mounting devices arranged in series each having two substrate transfer devices in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: In a plurality of module type component mounting devices arranged in series each having two substrate transfer devices in parallel, the pair of substrate transfer devices carry in/out two kinds of substrates different from each other by positioning them on component mounting positions of the component mounting devices and include: a total cycle time computing part which computes one side cycle time for mounting a component to one substrate of the two kinds of substrates and the other side cycle time for mounting a component to the other substrate of the two kinds of substrates for each of the component mounting devices to make them a total cycle time; and a component even distribution part which distributes components mounted to the pair of substrates for each of the component mounting devices so that the total cycle time is equalized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
