<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal to which a USB apparatus and an AC adapter can be simultaneously connected in a simple configuration even when the terminal supports USB OTG, and a power supply method. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal comprises control means 13 that switches a power supply source to a USB bus or an external power supply.
