<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a camera function, a program, and a sneak photography prevention control method capable of suppressing sneak photography while keeping convenience in photography. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone comprises: a camera module capable of photographing a moving image; a display surface 11c; a speaker for outputting a voice; a release button 202, and a CPU. With predetermined timing after the start of recording the moving image photographed by the camera module, the CPU controls the display surface so as to issue a notification to quicken a predetermined operation for suspending the output of an alarm sound by the speaker.
