The insert may include shapes, sizes, and configurations such as a disk, envelope, packet, pod, case, casing, shell, cocoon or capsule. The insert may be inserted into a stretchable object. In one embodiment, the insert may be of a shape, size and configuration to contain a RFID device and be inserted into an elastic wristband.
