The management server calculates the operation time from starting to stopping for each maintenance item for every remote monitoring terminal device on the basis of the starting date and time and stopping date and time, calculates the cumulative elapsed time resulting from aggregating the calculated operation times since the previous maintenance for each maintenance item for every remote monitoring terminal device, and outputs the maintenance interval and cumulative elapsed time to an output unit for each maintenance item for every remote monitoring terminal device.</p> |
