A charged particle accelerating method and various mass analyzers formed by applying the accelerating method, which are used for mass spectrum analysis and detection in many ways and belong to the technical field of instruments and meters. Charged particles are accelerated in the vacuum in an accelerating electric field. The accelerating voltage or electric field is controlled so that various charged particles are accelerated for the same time and charged particles with the same charge number have the same increased momentum. The motion characteristic can be applied to various mass analyzers such as a high-resolution time-of-flight mass analyzer, a sector electric field mass analyzer, an electrostatic field deflection mass analyzer, a pulsed electric field mass analyzer, and a sector magnetic field mass analyzer, to improve the performance of the existing mass analyzers, and can also be used to invent a novel mass analyzer.
