<p>A repair line system (200) comprises multiple packaged bodies (231, 232, 233, 234), a substrate (210) having multiple data lines to be mended, two repair lines (241, 242), and two connection lines (251, 252). The repair lines (241, 242) comprises outgoing lines (2411, 2413, 2414, 2415, 2421, 2423, 2424, 2415) drawn out of the packaged bodies (231, 232, 233, 234) and lines (2412, 2422) disposed on the substrate (210), arranged at three sides of the packaged bodies (231, 232, 233, 234) and connected to the outgoing lines (2411, 2413, 2414, 2415, 2421, 2423, 2424, 2415). The lines (2412, 2422) are used for being connected, in an insulated manner, to second ends of the data lines to be mended. The connection lines (251, 252) intersect the outgoing lines (2411, 2413, 2414, 2415, 2421, 2423, 2424, 2415) and first ends of the data lines in an insulated manner. Further disclosed is a repairing method of the repair line system. In the repair line system and the repair method thereof, the same repair lines drawn out of different packaged bodies are mutually connected to form an entire-line-connected form, so as to enhance the flexibility of the repair line system in repairing the data lines.</p> |
