<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that allows easy setting of a determination threshold as a reference for determining quality of an object to be inspected while visually confirming a histogram, and to provide a determination threshold setting method to be used for the image processing device. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device calculates a matching degree between an image of an object captured by an imaging part and a master image stored in advance as a reference for comparison with the object, displays a histogram indicating a frequency distribution of the matching degrees calculated for a plurality of objects, displays the matching degree calculated for the object captured by the imaging part in association with the displayed histogram, and sets a threshold to be used for determining the quality of the object while displaying the histogram and the matching degree on the sam screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
