<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic treatment apparatus which is excellent in heat conductivity and makes temperature distribution of a high frequency electrode uniform. <P>SOLUTION: Heat generating chips are arranged on a first high frequency electrode 110. The heat generating chips are connected serially between a pair of electricity conducting lines 164 for the first heat generating chip and generates heat when supplied with power to heat the first high frequency electrode 110. A conductive coating 132 connected to an electricity conducting line 162 for the first high frequency electrode is formed on a first cover member 120. When the first high frequency electrode 110 and the first cover member 120 are assembled together, the conductive coating 132 contacts a tab 114 of the first high frequency electrode 110 and the conducting coating and the tab are conducted. By making thermal resistance of the conductive coating 132 sufficiently high, heat generated by the heat generating chips is prevented from flowing out from the electricity conducting line 162 for the first high frequency electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
