<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very versatile cargo carrying vehicle capable of smoothly carrying cargoes by fine-tuning the position of and the length between a pair of right and left guide rails on a platform without the need to change a stop position if the vehicle stops at a position at which the leading end of the platform is brought close to a carry-in/out gate of an aircraft. <P>SOLUTION: This cargo carrying vehicle includes a self-propellable vehicle, and a front platform 3 and a rear platform which are provided to the vehicle and move a cargo C, and carries the cargo C into and out of a cargo compartment R in a fuselage via an opening gate D of a carry-in/out door provided to the body B of the aircraft parked in front of the vehicle. The cargo carrying vehicle further includes a pair of right and left movable guide rails 3G which extend in the longitudinal direction X on the front platform 3, is slidably movable in the directions in which the guide rails move close to and away from each other, and is allowed to oscillate within a horizontal plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
