<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, a program, and a management program that are suitable for allowing a user to recognize a usage state of a program through an icon corresponding to the program. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a storage unit 301, a display unit 302, an acceptance unit 303, a management unit 304, an execution unit 305, and an update unit 306. When a user selects a first icon displayed on a screen, a program is executed and a second icon is stored in the storage unit 301 as an icon. When the user selects the second icon, the management unit 304 receives a command as to whether to delete the program from the user. (a) When a command for deleting is received, the program is deleted from the storage unit 301.
