<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baffle type speaker device and an assembly set thereof which are capable of improving bass sound characteristics and preventing concentrated resonance of a baffle plate at a specific frequencies, thereby reducing prominence of resonance of the baffle plate at the specific frequencies. <P>SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: a baffle plate 11; and a speaker unit 12 having a diaphragm 121.
