<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel training tool/technique for a combat sport, configured to allow children to acquire a basic practical skill of a combat sport safely, even if there are few training partners because of a low birth rate or few fully experienced instructors. <P>SOLUTION: A humanoid outer shell 3 includes the head 30, the trunk 32, and the limbs 33, 33, 34, 34, with elastic connectors 5, 5, ... interposed among the parts 30, 32, 33, 33, 34, 34. A a life-sized humanoid body 2 is formed to stand up or come to the ready in a stationary state, or to be varied to both above states. At lower ends of the left/right legs 20, 20 of the humanoid body 2, weights 21, 21 are disposed which have spherical ground-contact surfaces 23, 23, and have weight for allowing the humanoid body 2 to stand alone.
