<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a session control server. <P>SOLUTION: A simple session control system 1 has an edge 20 and a session control server 10. The edge 20 has a transfer section 21 which transfers a stream transmitted from a user terminal 30, and a policer setting section 22 which monitors whether or not the stream is within the traffic conditions of the user terminal 30. The session control server 10 performs session control between the user terminals 30, and has a storage section 11 storing a black user list 12 classifying the user terminals 30 into black user and a white user list 13 classifying the user terminals 30 into white user, and a black user monitoring section 15 which always monitors the stream of the user terminal 30 in the policer setting section 22 of the edge 20 if the user terminal 30 subjected to session control has been registered in the black user list 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
