<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the shape of an extraction electrode being elongated from an excitation electrode, and the shape of a side electrode to be connected so as to reduce the CI value. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece (10) is bonded to the inside of a package via a conductive adhesive (13). The piezoelectric vibration piece has excitation electrodes (102) formed in the central part (15) of both principal surfaces, respectively, a pair of extraction electrodes (103) led out from the excitation electrode to the peripheral part on both principal surfaces, respectively, and a pair of electrode pads (105) connected with the extraction electrodes and coated with the conductive adhesive at the peripheral part thereof. The piezoelectric vibration piece has a mesa-structure where the thickness between both principal surfaces is thicker in the central part than in the peripheral part, and the peripheral part (106) where the extraction electrodes and the electrode pads are formed has the same thickness as the central part. The electrode pads are also formed on the side surface (104) connecting both principal surfaces so as to connect the electrode pads formed on both principal surfaces, and there is no discontinuous surface between both principal surfaces and the side surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
