<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous flame-retardant resin composition exhibiting high flame retardancy without using halogen-based flame retardant, excellent in texture of obtained fiber products, and excellent in storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous flame-retardant resin composition includes 10-500 pts.wt. (solid content) of polyphosphate (b) and 0.5-10 pts.wt. (solid content) of a surfactant (c) to 100 pts.wt.
