<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a three-dimensional network structure, which eliminates the need for finishing in a post-process, enhances a degree of arrangement, can respond to an irregular shape, and has improved durability. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a plate-like three-dimensional network structure 1 composed of a thermoplastic resin as a raw material or a main raw material, in which a plurality of wires are helically and randomly entangled and partially heat-bonded. It is preferable that the density on any surface side of at least three or four surfaces of the outer periphery of the three-dimensional network structure is relatively lower than that of a portion except the surface side. A flaky or chip-like material of a PET bottle is used as the raw material or the main raw material of the thermoplastic resin, which is obtained by directly pulverizing the PET bottle to melt them into a flaky shape, and is adapted to a recycling promotion age, and works well in cost reduction of waste disposal.
