Disclosed are a method and device for determining a font. The method: determining the font corresponding to glyphs selected, and determining an original font corresponding to an embedded font on the basis of the font corresponding to the glyphs. The present solution solves the incapability in determining the original font corresponding to the embedded font used in a file.
