<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent content fluid from leaking even if a top cover opens in a transport stage before use while securing easiness of dispensation work by making it possible to discharge a specimen by opening the top cover of a capped container. <P>SOLUTION: In a wipe inspection kit 10, a cap 30 is detachably attached to a container body 20, and has an upper cover 50 allowed to be opened/closed that includes a downward protrusion 52 to enter into an aperture 35 of a cap upper surface 34, and a liquid sealing film 40 is formed on a predetermined height position of the cap aperture. Even when the upper cover is opened, a content liquid will not leak from the cap aperture as long as the liquid sealing film 40 is held. When an upper cover top surface 53 is depressed from above and recessed, a tip of the downward protrusion 52 breaks the liquid sealing film 40, and when the upper cover is opened, the content liquid can be discharged from the cap aperture.
