摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict wind power generated electricity of each of wind power-generating facility on the basis of general weather forecast data and a small amount of correction data. <P>SOLUTION: A weather forecast input function unit 11 acquires wind-direction and wind-speed forecast values as general weather forecast information from the outside. The correction data for correcting the wind-speed forecast value is prestored in a correction table storage unit 16. A power curve indicating a relationship between the wind speed and the electric power generation, which are associated with the wind power-generating facilities, is prestored in a power curve storage unit 13. A generated electricity calculating function unit 14 obtains a wind power generated electricity predicted value corresponding to a wind received by the arbitrary wind power-generating facility as a wind power generation prediction target, according to a weighted average or a fuzzy inference, by using the wind-direction and wind-speed forecast values, the correction data, and the power curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
