<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition improved on low heat-buildup properties, and production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: There are disclosed the rubber composition including a rubber component (A), a compound expressed by general formula (I) and a filler containing an inorganic filler (C), and its production method.
