<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine power generation system embodied in a low-cost and compact system configuration and capable of supplying electricity to a load facility quickly in the event of power failure, and an operating method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The gas turbine power generation system is equipped with an AC bus bar 3 connected with the commercial power line 2, a gas turbine power generating device 4 connected with the AC bus bar 3 in such a manner as able to be connected and disconnected, the load facility 5 connected with the AC bus bar 3, a minor capacity power generating device 6 connected with the AC bus bar 3 in such a manner as able to be connected and disconnected and able to be started with no power supplied from the commercial power line 2, a fuel gas compressor 7 of motor driven type connected with the AC bus bar 3 and supplying the compressed fuel gas CF to the gas turbine power generating device 4, and a control device 8. The control device 8 puts the minor capacity power generating device 6 in connection with the AC bus bar 3 when the commercial power line 2 goes in power failure, supplies the power from the minor capacity power generating device 6 to the load facility 5 and the fuel gas compressor 7 through the AC bus bar 3, and actuates the load facility 5 and also the fuel gas compressor 7 so as to start the gas turbine power generating device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
