<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure of a motor which suppress a loss due to an eddy current caused by contact between a magnet and a core, while reducing number of man-hour to manufacture the motor. <P>SOLUTION: In a rotor structure of a motor, each of a plurality of first core members 20 includes a first magnet hole formed with a certain degree of clearance not to contact with a magnet 40, and one second core member 30 includes a second magnet hole to form a convex part 34a-34d contacting with a magnet 40. The plurality of first core members 20 and the one second core member 30 are laminated so that the second core member is arranged approximately in the center of a laminated body in such a way that the magnet holes are aligned with each other. The magnet 40 is arranged in the magnet holes of the laminated body and resin is filled in the clearance (gap) between the magnet holes and the magnet 40 to fix the magnet 40. Since there is no necessity for preliminarily coating surfaces of the magnet 40 with resin, number of man-hour to manufacture the motor can be reduced. As the magnet 40 contacts with only the convex part 34a-34d of the second magnet hole in the second core member 30, generation of eddy current is suppressed accordingly, thereby suppressing loss due to the eddy current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
