<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a waste of a material, and to simplify a structure by eliminating the use of a conventional front frame. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine comprises: an outer frame 1 fixed to a game island; a game board 2 mounted to the outer frame 1 via a game board mounting frame 52; and an opening and closing door 4 which is disposed in front of the game board 2 so as to make a game region 7 visible therethrough and pivoted to the outer frame 1 in an openable and closable state. The outer frame 1 is composed of a casing 29 having an opening which opens forward. The casing 29 comprises: a support frame 28 provided horizontally at the vertically intermediate of the casing; and the game board mounting frame 52 on the top of the support frame 28.
