Disclosed are a non-contact card over-the-air method and system. The method comprises: step S01: an over-the-air recharge platform receiving an over-the-air recharge request sent by a mobile terminal; step S02: the over-the-air recharge platform converting the over-the-air recharge request sent by the mobile terminal into a non-contact card recharge request according to preset association information between the mobile terminal and the non-contact card, so that a non-contact card read/write device can recharge the non-contact card according to the non-contact card recharge request. According to embodiments of the present invention, the mobile terminal sends an over-the-air recharge quest, and the over-the-air recharge platform converts the over-the-air recharge request into a non-contact card recharge request, thereby implementing over-the-air recharge of the non-contact card, so that a user can complete recharge of the non-contact card anytime at any place.
