The valve (101) has a membrane (100) firmly connected with a piston (110) and movable at an inside wall of a valve housing (102). The membrane is moved in translation between sealing seats (116, 118). One of the sealing seats is formed by boundaries of an aperture. The membrane sits in non-activated state of one of the sealing seats, and sits in operated state of another sealing seat, so that different air paths are connected between chambers in an inner space of the valve housing in response to the position of the membrane.
