<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser source driving device, a laser oscillator and a laser processing device capable of switching light beam from a laser source between short pulse and long pulse. <P>SOLUTION: In a condition that a first power switch 20 is ON and a second power switch 23 is OFF, when the switching element 22 is turned ON/OFF, a CR circuit 27 (capacitor 26) is turned ON/OFF and a laser diode 7 outputs a laser beam at short pulse using the CR circuit 27 as the power supply. Contrary, in a condition that the first power switch 20 is OFF and the second power switch 23 is ON, when the switching element 22 is turned ON/OFF, the laser diode 7 outputs a laser beam at long pulse using the main power +V as the power source.
