PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can keep and maintain a noodle boiling device clean by overcoming a problem in which a conventional noodle boiling machine for industrially boiling noodles by mass production consumes an excessive amount of energy and water source.

SOLUTION: The method for boiling noodle N includes steps of: putting hot water into a pressure-heating sterilization container 41; immersing the noodle N in the hot water 42 in the container 41; closing the container 41, and putting the closed container in a pressure-heating device 51 so called a retort device; and boiling the noodle N in the hot water 42 heated in the high-pressure device 51 to 100°C or higher.
