<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double source follower circuit that implements both high speed rise and fall of an output signal without requiring an increased amount of current flowing through a current source. <P>SOLUTION: The double source follower circuit includes: a source follower circuit including an nMOSFET 102; a source follower circuit including a pMOSFET 101 different in polarity from the nMOSFET 102; an input terminal 111 for inputting an input signal into the source follower circuit including the nMOSFET 102 and the source follower circuit including the pMOSFET 101; and a common output terminal 112 for outputting an output signal from the source follower circuit including the nMOSFET 102 and the source follower circuit including the pMOSFET 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
