<p>Provided is a high-frequency heating device which makes it possible to produce a stable finish result even if the temperature state in a heating chamber changes. A high-frequency heating device is configured to be provided with: a magnetron (14); an infrared sensor (5) which detects the emission of infrared energy from food (3) that is an object to be heated; a heating chamber thermistor (7) which detects an atmosphere temperature in a heating chamber (1); an operation key (11) which is an input means for setting the finish temperature of the food (3), and the like; and a control means (8), and to correct, according to the temperature in the heating chamber, a temperature threshold value for identifying frozen food, refrigerated food, or room-temperature food by the temperature of the food (3) immediately after the start of heating, thereby making it possible to obtain a stable finish result under various conditions.</p> |
