<p>A light distribution control system for a vehicle controls the light distribution of a headlamp, said system being characterized in being provided with a vehicle detector for detecting a forward vehicle traveling in front of the host vehicle, and a light distribution controller for setting a region in which the forward vehicle is detected by the vehicle detector as a non-irradiation region, different widthwise margins in the non-irradiation region, moving speeds of the non-irradiation region, and/or variable widths of the non-irradiation region being used when the forward vehicle detected by the vehicle detector is a preceding vehicle or an oncoming vehicle.</p> |
