The device comprises a rotary unit (14), which is assigned a hose fitting unit (3a) for receiving a jetting hose supply for rotating around a rotational axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of a jetting hose (3). The hose fitting unit is arranged freely rotating around the rotational axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the jetting hose and is continuously rotatable by the rotary unit. The rotary unit comprises a rotating assembly, which is rotatably mounted on a stationary bearing element (15) and is rotatable around its axis by a rotary motor.
